Abstract
Residual profile of a very effective anthelmintic ivermectin in sheep after subcutaneous administration will be investigated. Pharmacokinetics in plasma and milk will be evaluated, so the withdrawal time for milk can be established. The ivermectin transfer to suckling lambs via the milk will be investigated, too. For that purpose the plasma of the suckling lambs will be analyzed.The effect of thermal treatment and milk fermentation on ivermectin stability will be examined. Sheep milk with ivermectin residues will be heated under pasteurisation and boiling conditions. Finally, milk products such as joghurt, cheese, pot-cheese and whey will be produced.All matrixes will be analyzed by HPLC with fluorescent detection after SPE clean-up and pre- column derivatization.
Raziskali bomo izločanje ostankov učinkovitega antiparazitika ivermektina v ovčji plazmi in mleku po subkutanem vnosu. Ovrednotili bomo farmakokinetične parametre za oba matriksa, na osnovi katerih bomo ugotovili tudi karenco za mleko.Z analizo plazme sesnih jagnjet bomo raziskali prenos vnešenega zdravila v mladiče preko mleka. Proučili bomo tudi vpliv termične obdelave in mlečne fermentacije na vsebnost ostankov ivermektina. V ta namen bomo ovčje mleko z ostanki ivermektina segrevali (pasterizacija, vretje) ter iz njega izdelali jogurt, skuto, sir in sirotko.Vse proučevane matrikse bomo analizirali s HPLC s fluorescentno detekcijo po predhodni ekstrakciji na trdni fazi in predkolonski derivatizaciji.
