Abstract
Development of separation techniques in analytical chemistry:1. planar chromatography ( digital processing of TLC plates with digital camera, planar electro chromatography);2. high performance liquid chromatography (MS/MS detection of eluates, use of special columns);3. capillary electrophoresis (development of the technique and methods);4. solid-phase extraction (new applications).
Razvoj separacijskih tehnik v analizni kemiji:1. planarna kromatografija ( snemanje TLC plošč z digitalno kamero in vrednotenje kromatogramov z video sistemi, planarna elektrokromatografija);2. high performance tekočinska kromatografija (MS/MS detekcija eluatov, uporaba posebnih kolon);3. kapilarna elektroforeza (razvoj novih detekcijskih tehnik in metod);4. SPE (nove aplikacije).
