| PACT is a dissemination action aimed at stimulating SMEs to submit proposals under the EU RTD programmes. There is a strong need to upgrade European SMEs technological awareness in fields where the gap face to American industry is getting wider. PACT will enable the creation of strong and viable partnerships in multimedia contents. It is based on the principle of matching between content providers (the three sectors) and technology. The project will undergo three main phases: 1) Information actions directed towards SMEs. 2) Brokerage events aimed at matching between content and technological SMEs (participation in international fairs, gathering actors from different fields and countries). 3) Assistance in writing EA proposals. Ideas presented by the SMEs will be submitted to technological audits conducted by large firms. |
